Mission
Regional infrastructure should do more than sit vacant. The focus is on sustainable adaptive reuse of underutilized commercial real estate to build community-first assets that are resilient and powered by green energy.
Priorities
Framework for Local Impact
Support local communities.
Transforming vacant commercial anchors into vibrant public third spaces—fostering regional health, supporting youth athletics, and creating accessible community hubs.
Be good stewards.
Integrating localized clean energy infrastructure, microgrids, and solar arrays into existing architectural footprints, reducing carbon impacts without developing undisturbed green spaces.
Ensure financial viability.
Fiscal responsibility is non-negotiable. By delivering disciplined execution, predictable returns, and responsible stewardship of capital, we generate the resources to restore more underutilized spaces and strengthen more communities.
Current Status
Preliminary spatial feasibility and due diligence studies are currently being conducted on regional commercial assets in Western Pennsylvania.
